How Do I Access Community Features After I Become A Member
Log in to your account by clicking sign in at the top right of the school page or click: https://courses.shinebrightschool.com/users/sign_in. You will need to use the username and password you established prior to class registration. Everything is available for you to view from your student dashboard.

What Are the Technological Requirements?
Wi-fi is required. Test your connection using a tool like speedtest. Internet connections should be a minimum of 10mbps upload and download, with a ping lower than 50.

How Do I Get Help with Issues Logging Into My Account and/or Accessing The Community?

Are Live Events Recorded so I Can Watch at a Time that Works for Me?
Yes, and as a member of the community, you have access to attend live or watch as a replay recording. Replays are no longer available as a stand-alone purchase, you must be an active member of the community.

What should new members expect?
The community is a membership bundle that contains multiple course players and a community board forum. All Shine Class replays (Audio Only) are included with the membership. These classes can be taken at any time from any location. The community board is our place to connect and grow with others. If you wish to cancel your Shine Brighter Together subscription, follow the simple steps below:
Log into Your Account: Visit Shine Brighter Together and log into your account.
Navigate to Billing Information: Once logged in, locate and click on the "Billing" or "Account Settings" tab.
Manage Subscription: Find the option that allows you to manage your subscription. This is typically labeled as "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription."
Follow On-screen Instructions: Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with canceling your subscription.

We have a strict no-refund, no-exchange, and no-transfer policy. This means that all sales, purchases, enrollments, subscriptions, and payment of products and services from/to the Shine Bright School/Monique Melton/Two Glam Girls, LLC are final, complete, non-refundable, and non-transferable for any reason. This means NO monetary refund or refund of any kind for any reason will be issued to anyone for any reason. All sales are completely and entirely non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. No sales, no purchases, no enrollments, no subscriptions, and no payment of products and services will be refunded in any way, including a monetary refund, regardless of the reason. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have questions regarding any product, please email us at admin@moniquemelton.com. Please allow 2-4 business days for a reply, with the exception of holidays and vacation.
Subscription/Membership cancellation
No exchanges, no transfers and no refunds will be issued for cancellation of memberships for any reason, regardless if you have unused time for the membership. Once you cancel your membership/subscription, your access to the membership will remain for the duration of the time you paid unless explicitly explained otherwise in writing. No money (or anything) will be refunded for unused membership for any reason. There are no exceptions to this policy.
You are able to cancel your membership subscription at any time and no refunds will be provided for any reason. If you need assistance with cancellation, please note that no refunds will be provided for requests received before or after payment processing. Thus if your request is received and a scheduled payment commences before we can address your request, no refunds will be provided. This is why we provide clear and easy instructions for you to cancel anytime to avoid any delay.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND COMPLETE. NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON. NO EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON.
Our refund policy is strict to protect the stability of our business and community; thus, all requests for refunds will be denied for any reason, as all sales, purchases, enrollments, subscriptions, and payments of products and services from/to the Shine Bright School/Monique Melton/Two Glam Girls LLC final and non-refundable for any reason with no exception.
