Unpacking White Feelings

The journey of anti-racism is a complex and often emotionally charged one. Your feelings can distract you from staying focused and committed to the goal of this work. In this class you will learn key skills to help you unpack and process the common “white feelings” that arise.

This course explores:

  • How to confront your biases, challenge harmful systems, and engage in uncomfortable conversations.

  • Channel feelings of guilt into constructive action

  • Avoiding destructive outlets for anger

  • Embracing humility and a willingness to learn from others

  • Establishing a Support Network for Emotional Well-being
